Summer dresses are a key wardrobe staple. In the summer it gets hot, sometimes extremely hot, especially in Miami. This usually makes you want to wear the same thing over and over again, a sleeveless top and shorts. That can get boring really fast. I got this beautiful lace dress two years ago from Hale Bob (similar here) and I love it. It breaths and it is flowy. It helps me look put together yet effortless. It was the perfect dress to spend the day driving around in my friend’s vintage Jeep.

I photographed a fundraising conference here recently. What a wonderful place for photos. I almost always hate being anywhere at 6am, but this breakfast event proved an exception. The manger and his staff from event space Atlanta were extremely professional.
