New Year's Eve Hair Do'

New Year's Eve is around the corner! Need an idea for a simple hair do that isn't boring. Here is how to get a waterfall ponytail look.

Step 1:
Wash your hair with Carol's Daughters 'Sacred Tiare Fortifying Trio' to help control your frizz, then blow dry your hair (if it's curly).

Step 2:
Comb your hair back and part a small piece and tie your hair with a polyband (a rubber band that won't break your hair, they sell them at any drug store).

Step 3:
Bring that any tail forward, to make it easier you can hold it down with a clip. Then part some hair from the sides and comb that section into a ponytail.

Step 4:
Bring down the first ponytail and part it in half, wrap the two halves around the new pony tail and tie that into a new pony tail.

Step 5:
Continue to repeat the steps until you reach the end of your hair.

Step 6:
Once you have created all the pony tails, gently pull the hair out from each section, just enough to add volume but not to pull it all out. ( If you have layers be very careful pulling as you may not be able to pull as much with out your ponytail coming apart)

*I did the look with clear polybands so that you can see the parts, but ideally you should buy a color to match your hair.

And voila your not so boring ponytail is done!

xoxo,
V
