Friday Favs: Makeup I am Currently Obsessing About

My makeup style is usually the no-makeup makeup look. Once I find what works for me I usually stick with it, but I do try new things every once in a while. Here are some of my favorite makeup items, some are old staples others are new finds!

Eyeliner: Kat Von D Tattoo Eyeliner ($20)

I have been using this eyeliner for about 3 years now and I am obsessed. It’s the only eyeliner I used. I was always a pencil liner type of girl, and I hated liquid eyeliner. Mainly, because I sucked at applying it. I never had a steady hand, and my lines would be crooked or too thick, to the point where I look like I no longer had eyelids. Until an amazing friend of mine turned me on to it! She is my one friends that never wears makeup, so when she mentioned it I was surprised. She doesn’t wear makeup because she hates the hassle, which clearly made me think this eyeliner must be supper easy to apply & it is! I couldn’t believe it. It goes on so smoothly and precisely. This was enough to make me switch. Now what made me stay is its long wear. It stays on all day and never smudges. It's definitely a must have!

Lipstick: #Lipstories Lipstick Sephora Collection ($8)

Lipstick is one of those things I often buy even though I have so many & somehow I end up with similar shades (#nudesforlife). That is why I had to share this beautiful auburn color. It goes on smooth but looks matte and doesn’t dry out. I love that it is a small size but not tiny, so it travels well in my makeup bag but won’t run out supper fast. Wait..for the best part, the price!

Eyebrow Shadow: Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Powder Duo ($23) & Angled Cut Brush ($17)

This is another staple I have been using for years! It has lasted me so long and I love it. My eyebrows are naturally full but not perfect. This shadow helps me fill in the random spaces I have in my brows. I love the angled brush it helps it go on smoothly.
