In this cold weather I always want to feel warm and cozy. Sometimes warm and cozy gets a "laid back" reputation. Here is how to make a sweatshirt and leggings look chic. When picking a sweatshirt pick some thing that makes it "fashion" (different from the classic look). When it comes down to the leggings I choose to go basic, you can choose some fashion. Just make sure it doesn't overwhelm your look, remember less is more.
Accessories always help direct your look. I did a chucky fringe necklace and a dark lip to help take my look glam enough for a dinner after a day at work.
