Fall Wedding Trends 2015

It is wedding season, and time to be part of the trends. This season braids are a huge trend in hair for weddings. I decided to partner with Beauty Schools of America to get glammed up for this wedding. The amazing hairstylist and team all worked to create a unique style that would work for me. We decided to on up-do with three different braids: french, fish bone and corn row.

I actually learned a tip when braiding hair. The difference between a french braid and a corn row is that a corn row is braided with the hair being braided underneath, closer to the scalp. A french braid is braided over, away from the scalp.

After the hair was done we moved on to the makeup. Dark shadows and lashes for days is all the range this fall. This was actually my first time wearing false lashes and can I tell you I fell in love with the look. Sometimes I have a fear about going too far but the lashes seemed to fit me perfectly. The BSA makeup artist convinced me to go with the full lashes versus the more natural look and I am glad she suggested it. I will defiantly be going back for my next event. As for my lip color, since I choose a deep plum colored dress I choose to do a nude lip.

I kept the nude concept in my accessories and shoes to make the dress and my eyes the main focus. Hope your inspired for you next wedding invitation.

xoxo,
V
