It’s crazy how fast time goes by. Just last week I was in New York attending one of the biggest fashion trade shows “Coterie”. I was there as part of my full time job. It’s pretty exciting, I get to discover new brands and stay up to date on all of the trends coming in for the next season. Of course the big brands also show and their booths always blow me away. They are usually very large and extravagant.
The tough thing about this trade show was figuring out what to wear. You want to make sure you’re fashionable but you also want to be comfortable. You also want to dress appropriately for the weather but inside the show it’s not as cold... Let just say it’s not that simple.
This was one of my outfits. I wore this sweater I found at TJ Maxx, with my sustainable jeans from Loft, and my snake print slip on sneakers (which I found at Ross). My goal is to always look elevated but not to break the bank trying.
