Ripped Jeans + Ripped T-shirt

There are days when I literally don't want to put too much thought into my look. I literally want to through on jeans and a t-shirt and be set, but if you know me you know that just being plain is not my style. So when I shop for basics I make sure there is something trendy going on. That's why this t-shirt and these jeans are literally two pieces I wear all the time. Whether I wear them together to be extra edgy or with other outfits they are such good fashion basics.

They reality is we would all love to have a new outfit to wear all the time, but we just can't afford our fashionista desires...(not yet at least (; ) So when shopping try and look for pieces that can make your outfit interesting yet wearable. For example this t-shirt works because the cut out gives it style  and the blush/nude tone makes it a neutral. This means I can wear it often without it standing out too much like a bold color or print. Also neutrals go with everything so I can wear it with other things in my closet.

When I posted this image below on Instagram (@chicbyv)  Micheal Kors reached out to ask if they could use it in their marketing. I almost died! As a creative person this meant so much to me. I praying for big things, the best is yet to come!
