New Years Eve is almost here and I wanted to share with you all some inspo looks! On New Years Eve I typically like to wear something colorful and dressy. I like to feel like I am brining in the new year with my best look. This Wine Slinky Balloon Sleeve Bardot Mini Dress is perfect for New Years Eve. The dressed is styled on Femme Luxe as off the shoulder but I like styling it with the sleeves up as a more classic style. It makes me feel more sophisticated, especially since it is already mini. I prefer to show less skin even though I do like to feel sexy. Especially since I am celebrating and hanging out with my family. I want to look sexy but always appropriate.
If you don't want to wear red this New Years Eve, another more subtle color is green. This Green Belted Bodycon Midi Dress is also styled on their website as an off the shoulder but I really love how elegant and classic the dress looks styled veering my shoulders. It makes me look sophisticated and elegant. I don't know if you believe in good luck charms or superstitions but on New Years Eve I like to follow a few traditions. Like eating 12 grapes at midnight and making 12 wishes one per each month of the new year. Another favorite tradition is to wear colorful underwear or clothes that brings good luck for the new year. Yellow is the traditional color for good luck, and red is known for bringing good luck in love. I actually fell in love the year I wore red. Maybe it was a coincidence or maybe it was good luck ;). But green is the color known to bring good luck with money. So if in 2021 you want to attract wealth green would be a great color! I think this is the color I will be wearing this year!
Now if you’re not wishing to have a classic look for New Years Eve but you are wanting a more sexy and fun look here is an option for you. Now I know a lot people are staying home and being safe this holiday season which is great! But with that said many people don't feel like dressing up and I totally understand. But just because you want to be more casual this year doesn’t mean you can't look sexy in your jeans and sneakers at home.
